1. No Refunds on Services
All sales for services performed at EKG Pure Hair Studio are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services.

2. Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to address your concerns with a complimentary correction service, if appropriate and approved by management.

Correction services must be scheduled within 7 days of your original appointment. Requests for corrections after this period, or if the client declines the opportunity for correction, will not be honored.

3. Prepaid Services and Packages
Payments for prepaid services, packages, or gift certificates are non-refundable. They may be transferred or rescheduled according to our cancellation policy.

4. Appointments and Cancellations
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee, and any deposits or prepayments will be forfeited.

5. Legal Compliance
This policy follows California law and industry guidelines. California does not require service providers to issue refunds unless the service was not performed with reasonable care or was misrepresented. Our team is committed to delivering all services professionally and to your satisfaction.
